Do you get better FPS on Linux than if you were on Windows? I imagine that you do because you don't have all this bloatware on Linux like you would on a commercial based OS that just works for the lack of a better word.

Enterprise is meant for large server datacenters and big businesses and are often for big businesses and used by the wealthy people. The worlds richest people have often as many as 6000 businesses maybe half being in over 20 major countries (its what we consider a global business). As such you require ENTERPRISE level security for your OS and your hardware so nvidia criminals fake nvidia and fake intel hardware wont put thousands of fake distros out which may be far far less secure and less easy to ensure are the true distribution and not a modified one. It also has to do with what large companies like microsoft use as their linux solutions and support. windows 11 has WSL2 linux support and also has linux active directory and has linux based android 11 built into it. So.. for you to even pretend that AMD hasnt supported windows 10 or windows 11 WHICH ARE IN FACT LINUX you clueless n00bs. I suggest you go learn as to why your spyware riddled 'custom roms in languages you dont even speak and have never ever programmed with' which use words like "less bloatware and 1 single new feature that different from the latest greatest single new feature in this other linux distro or the latest greatest single new feature in that other one" nvidia tards will force every single feature to be completely separate linux OS's and then have one that uses like 3 of them in the one distro GASP impossible! then they would watch everyone race to install their fake distro with partial expected functionality. But they also have to make it not the easiest thing in the universe to use to keep the dumb people who cant read the BOX or product name and say 6800XT is like way higher than a 4090.. which is true and it vastly outperforms a 4090 which is also mathematically true.. every radeon card ray traces since day 1.. try using the words Radeon rays, which is AMD ray tracing and AMD fire! Its definitely been ray tracing since GC and GCN but probably does it on PS3 just fine. I can ray trace nvidia to the grave with a cheap years old AMD mobile phone GPU which is better than an xbox one X because its an RX630 adreno GPU .. an xbox which is older is like a slightly different clocked RX480 or probably a older 280 or 380 with more futureproofing and higher advertised clocks. i've a snapdragon 865 LG V60 I simply need type my own custom CONFIG.INI file and type the words in for the nvidia retards. Every intel and nvidia technology is like 10 or 20 year old AMD hand me downs once its licencing changes and they can force/steal or acquire it off AMD for less money. or figure out how to fake it. But far too often like in DLSS its closer to 50 years old AMD software code which was so old its open sourced and handed to universities students which use it in assignments which the uni then owns then nvidia can buy it up cheap without having to pay licencing to AMD.. which is why everything AMD is open sourced and dirt cheap unless you want PRESENT DAY ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS.. so why would true super computer hardware literal text book definition truly super computers that bring business super computing to the home user since its founding.. with 50 years more advanced tech... seem to only ever support enterprise software solutions and NOT BE SUPER SIMPLE TO USE i wonder?

I want to use Linux I hope to never use the Terminal unless I would also need it in Windows I LOVE visual feedback systems, GUIs, navigations that make me think "Now where do I go next" I fumble over my keyboard constantly, I don't seem to have a homerow I grow tired of samey and unchanging interfaces And you can bet your ass I will give Linux a fair try. I dunno if I'll ever love the command line as much as the stereotypical Linux user, but I sure have faith I'll love Linux just as much as them :D

BTRFS does not have a very good architecture by presenting the information about the volume on the physical device level. We are dealing with two separate entities and they should be treated as such. I prefer OpenZFS, since it supports both Linux and BSD systems, allowing 100% compatibility between most home servers and Linux desktops based on OpenZFS. OpenZFS has a well defined architecture and CLI command structure. If BTRFS becomes the default filesystem, I will forget Linux despite my 14 years with Linux and I move to one of the BSD/Unix distros with OpenZFS as default file system. I'm fed up by the lies of the Linux kernel team about problems with ZFS licenses. Thirty companies have developed commercial products (Proxmox; TrueNAS; Ubuntu; etc) based on OpenZFS and none has run into licensing problems.
