Does matter which way you fold it the first fold? Like length wise

    • GYST2020
      GYST2020 Month ago

I have tried both ways and it works both ways well. Seems to work a bit easier for final shape length wise, but width wise is often easier to manage throughout the folding process. Adjust for what works for you best 😊

I've recently started folding my laundry like this! It's also very relaxing. I always HATED laundry, and now I actually look forward to doing laundry.

    • GYST2020
      GYST2020 3 months ago

I was thinking similar thoughts the other day. I don't grumble about doing laundry anymore. I am pretty proud of how my folded items look now and kinda feel like showing them off when family and friends visit. It feels like I am enjoying my items more, taking care of them better, appreciating what I have, and laundry is an extension of choosing to take better care of myself and home. So happy you are enjoying the positive changes to laundry folding this way too. 😊

It is even easier if you wash your towels and then immediately put them back into use. You do not have to fold or put anything away, only if you have used several towels that week. We are only 2 and do not use as many towels, since everyone has their own towels.

@GYST2020 I don't remember a type. I went 3 times a week for about 9 weeks. Was for migraine and IBS. I had significant relief. From all most day migraine to a few a month. IBS also reduced. Still have IBS, worse with stress. No migraines sense menopause.

Thank-you. I was going to look into acupuncture at the time I got let go from work. I did one introductory visit when I had physiotherapy to see if my body and injury sites would tolerate it. I didn't notice any good or bad effects but that was once and only a few needles. I was going to look into it further but I lost my income and didn't get back to pursuing it. I might look into it again now that you are reminding me. So glad it really helped you. Is there a specific type of acupuncture practice you recommend? I have heard there are a few different types.
