      @Hreetik Kalra.. bhai, Hinduism mein bahut vividhta (diversity) hai. Jahan ek taraf maximum Pandit/Brahmins shuddh shakaahaari hote hain, wahin doosri ore poore Northeast India, Bengal, Odisha etc. mein Pandit traditionally sadiyon se non veg khaate aa rahe hain..Kashmir mein bhi kuchh pandit communities khaate hain.. Kai logo ko Panditon ke baare mein aisi hi ghalat avdhaarna hai.

    Bina cooker ki siti ke mutton fully nahin pakta.. we cook mutton on raara for 3 to 4 hours or more and have some with drinks or cold. But still 3 to 4 whistles.. or 25 minutes in cooker is a must according to me. Handi chicken thorax hai - The meat is different..

      Tell the vendor, that you need Chaap, Nalli and Golboti from Agli Dast. ( Nalli is shanks, golboti is boneless pieces, Agli dast is front leg or shoulder, Chaap is simply chops)
