    Which milk did you use?

    • CalAlley. tv
      CalAlley. tv 3 months ago

In this recipe, I have used Kirkland signature whole milk, homogenized milk. you can use great value milk from Walmart if you stay in the United States. It is best if you pick milk from a local dairy, those kinds of milk are less processed and work great to set yogurt/curd. Thanks

Who the heck has all those spices on hand. That is a complicated way just to make roast turkey legs and I have a far more superior way (soup and main) that will provide a feast for a family of 5 with just 2-3 legs.

    • CalAlley. tv

It took around 10 minutes. You can start with lesser quantity so that you won’t be exhausted. Water and rice flour proportion should be equal. Thanks for watching

Until you keep in a tortilla warmer or air tight container. It’s best if you consume it freshly made. If you plan to refrigerate it make sure you warm it up in skillet pan. Remember that after cooking tortillas if leave them uncovered they turn hard. Thanks for watching

Is rice flour gluten free. Do you have as how much carbohydrates it has per roti pls.

    • 1969Vanessa G
      1969Vanessa G 4 months ago

Rice flour us gluten free. But, if you are inflamed then rice, potatoes, and corn, beans can mimic gluten in causing some of the same symtoms because of your high level of antibodies present in your system initially. Once you are more stable then add those items back in and see what happens. Btw, beans may still case a strong body reaction. Check with your doctor and do your research. That's how I discovered this information.

but where to go for starter curd???

    • CalAlley. tv
      CalAlley. tv 8 months ago

You can start a batch of homemade curd from a few tablespoons of store-bought (or previously homemade) plain curd,. ... It's also best to avoid a curd that uses additives or thickeners (like pectin, gelatin, or dry milk powder). I normally buy From Indian store full fat yogurt without gelatin. Once 1/2 to 1 cup curd is left ,I use leftover to make curd at home or you can ask your family friends for the curd starter if they set curd on normal basis the curd starter should not be slimy or sticky. Always check for the consistency. THANKS FOR WATCHING.

This is perfect! I needed a flat bread (no oven, non-dairy, even gluten-free) for when I go Rv-ing. BTW, it seems you have the flour/H2O proportion right on. After a little research, a couple other sites use way too much water. You convinced me to subscribe!

Secondly I have heard dat while making d powder of cashew d oil shouldn't come out...dat could be one reason for d dough dat was not stiff... but it was very tasty Please help me to make d mixture into a stiff dough

you can buy cashew nut powder instead of grinding it at home.If you want to make powder at home you should not run the grinder for long, at a time make it as a 10 seconds rule and keep stirring after every 10 second and last sift the flour. Incase If your batter goes sticky save some cashew nut flour , at the end you can use flour to knight the dough to make the batter firm . Before molding or giving shape make sure you rest the batter in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hour the butter or ghee will help harden the batter . Lastly grease you hands with oil to make any shape If required. Rubber or silicone moulds work great. Cook the batter until it forms a thick dough use non stick pan . Use very little water while melting sugar.
